Adam J. Blahnik received his
Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2005, and was admitted to practice law in
the State of Minnesota in 2005. Mr. Blahnik
practices in
the areas of family law, business law, real estate law and general
civil litigation.
Mr. Blahnik is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and a member of the family law section, business law section and real property law section therein. He is a member of the Bar Associations of Dakota County and Scott County. Mr. Blahnik is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. In addition, Mr. Blahnik is licensed to practice before the Tribal Court of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux (Dakota) Community. Mr. Blahnik is also a member of the Prior Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Blahnik was born in the city of Rochester, Minnesota and graduated from Caledonia High School in Caledonia, Minnesota. In 1999, Mr. Blahnik received his Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota.
Initially, Mr. Blahnik became employed with Sieloff and Associates, P.A. as a legal assistant in the year 1999. Mr. Blahnik maintained this employment position until he was admitted to practice law in 2005.
Mr. Blahnik works primarily out of the firm's Prior Lake Office.
