The firm’s attorneys and paralegals have extensive experience in family law matters. Such experience provides a critical foundation for delivering fast, quality and low cost services to the firm's clients. The firm has developed and utilizes numerous questionnaires and worksheets to reduce the cost of many of the family law matters and which also assists clients in preparing necessary documentation in an efficient manner. A large percentage of the firm’s day-to-day activities relates to family law and as part of those activities the firm also examines income tax issues in dissolution of marriages including taxable and tax-free divisions of real estate, pensions, retirement assets and other property, spousal maintenance and dependency tax exemptions. Attorney Ronald B. Sieloff has made several presentations on family law issues to attorneys in continuing legal education programs. Mr. Sieloff was a lobbyist for nine years (1987-1995) at the Minnesota Legislature representing R-KIDS of Minnesota, an organization advocating the interests of non-custodial parents and second and blended families.
