Kathy K. Hart received her Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2000, and was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 2000. She focuses her practice in the area of family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody, child support, third party custody, grandparent visitation and domestic abuse matters.
Ms. Hart is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and a member of the family law section and criminal law section therein. She is a member of the Bar Associations of Dakota County, Goodhue County, Chisago County, Kanabec County, Pine County and Washington County. Ms. Hart is also a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers. In addition, Ms. Hart is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, District of Minnesota.
Ms. Hart was born in the city of Cuba, Illinois and graduated from Cuba High School. In 1990, Ms. Hart received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel College, in St. Paul, Minnesota. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel College, Ms. Hart obtained employment as a legislative aide at the Minnesota Senate and a position with West Publishing Corp., in government relations and corporate communications.
Ms. Hart works primarily out of the firm's Eagan Office.
